NEW PEZ DISPENSERS - "JOLLY MAH"

A few new dispensers have been released in Europe. There are 6 total and they are from the "Jolly Mah" series. I have absolutely no idea what these guys are about but the dispensers look really cool. I've seen them on eBay and I'm assuming that's the best place to pick them up. I'd love to get my hands on these.
There are 3 different characters, each character has 2 different stems, totaling 6 dispensers. The stems are printed on. They say "Thank You!", "Don't Worry!", "Keep Smiling!" on one set and "So What!", "Happy Birthday!" and "Take It Easy!" on the other set. These guys are really cool looking!
