ATTENTION PEZ COLLECTORS ON FACEBOOK

If you're a PEZ collector and you're on Facebook, there are a few groups that you should join if you haven't already. There are quite a few and they are all very helpful in growing your collection and putting you in touch with other collectors. I look forward to seeing you all join!

The first is "PEZ for Trade"...in this group you can post what you're looking for and what you have to trade.

"PEZ Auction" is a group where other collectors put up a dispenser or a set of dispensers and everyone bids on them.

and...my favorite is....

"PEZ it Forward"..this group is great! Collectors put up a dispenser or set of dispensers and others "grab them" with credits you earn. You earn credits by putting up dispensers for others to "grab". It may sound a little confusing but there is a FAQ on the group page to answer your questions and get you started. There is a U.S. group site and an World Wide group site. You can join both!

A GREAT GUY AND A GREAT COLLECTION

When we first started collecting I spent hours and hours every day looking through every PEZ related site I could find. The best site I stumbled onto was PASTOR PEZ. After weeks of checking his website multiple times a day, I sent him an email and asked him a few questions. He responded quickly with more detailed answers than I could have asked for. We have since traded a few times and I still email him when I have questions I need an answer to. He has been a great resource and very helpful. He is a really great guy and he truly embodies all of the qualities of a great PEZ collector.

Today he posted a new addition to his site. You can view pictures of his entire collection. The pictures are divided into sets. This provides a great reference for all collectors, especially if you are new to the hobby.

NEW CINDERELLA DISPENSER ON EBAY

The new Cinderella dispenser has started popping up on eBay. This means they are starting to show up in stores in Europe. The U.S. will see this release in June. If you can't wait 8 weeks, pick it up on eBay now!

MORE FANTASY PEZ

We decided to make a few more "Fantasy PEZ". Lake and I enjoy making these together.  It's become really fun for us and now when we are "PEZ Hunting" we also look for things to make our own. ENJOY!

MARIO BROS. SET NOW ON EBAY

I posted last week that the new Mario Bros. set had started shipping to stores in Europe and would be available soon. Yesterday they started popping up on eBay. For those of us that live in the U.S., you are now able to pick up a set for your collection. Just type in "mario pez" on the eBay search bar and you will see an entire list to choose from. The price is decent as well, only $15 for the set+shipping.

I can't wait to add these to our collection!

PEZHEADS YAHOO GROUP

I am always looking to trade (probably a little too much). When we first started collecting PEZ, I joined the PEZHeads Group on Yahoo. If you're a new collector or if you've been collecting for awhile, being apart of the group is the best decision you can make. It's a great place to meet other collectors, stay up-to-date with PEZ info and get all the details on the latest conventions. There are always other members waiting to  answer any questions you may have. On a personal note, through this group I have met some of the nicest people on the planet. There are some really great people and they are all willing to help in any way possible.

DISNEY/PIXAR - SPECIAL SET FOR JOHN RATZENBERGER AND JOHN LASSITER

PEZ made a special set of dispensers for John Lassiter (animator, producer, director, etc. for Pixar) and John Ratzenberger (Cliff from "Cheers" and a voice in every Pixar movie). They made only 3 of these sets and they were given out as a special gift so these will never be available to the public.

The set is made up of all of the characters that John Ratzenberger has voiced in the Pixar movies.

Very cool!
