FEBRUARY RELEASES - WHAT TO LOOK FOR!!!

Tomorrow is the first day of February, that means more new releases!!! So what should you be out looking for? Two new releases will hit the shelves in February. The new Easter Lamb Plush and Fozzie Bear from The Muppets.

The new Easter Lamb Plush dispenser should start popping up in stores the day after Valentine's Day. If you're looking to pick this one up, the best place to look first is Walgreens stores. If I remember correctly, they were the only store last year that carried any of the Easter plush. You could also try CVS stores, they usually carry PEZ holiday plush.

Also shipping to stores in February is the newest addition to The Muppets set. Fozzie Bear should start showing up in stores around the 3rd or 4th week of the month. These should be really easy to find once they release. If you're looking for this one, try Walmart and Toys R Us. You'll be able to find this one at most of the stores that carry PEZ dispensers.

COLLECTORS CORNER - OFFICAL PEZ PAGE UPDATE

PEZ.com has updated their "Collectors Corner" page. The update includes the remaining 2013 releases, like the Wawa and Wegmans Haulers, Christmas gift set and the "Best Buy" Sully. They have also started the new 2014 page. As of now, the page includes 4 releases, Keroppi, Badtz Maru, V-day Monkey and Mario.

NEW EURO PEZ ALERT - MINNIE MOUSE

The new Minnie Mouse dispensers have started showing up in stores.  These should be widely available over the next few weeks in euro countries and will hit the U.S. in June/July. I really like the card on these. What do you think?

FIRST LOOK!!! - LOONEY TUNES BRASIL

Here is your first look at a Looney Tunes: Brasil dispenser on the new card. The picture below shows the Sylvester dispenser on the new card. The Looney Tunes: Brasil set is scheduled to release around the time of the 2014 World Cup. These should be available around the end of May/beginning of June and will be a euro release only. The dispensers will be the same dispensers as the 2013 release, Looney Tunes Active however the card will have new graphics.

Dusty and El Chupacabra have flown on to the shelves! Euro collectors have reported finding the new Disney Planes dispensers in stores. If you're looking to add this one to your collection, keep an eye out for these!

13TH ANNUAL PEZCIFIC COAST PEZ CONVENTION 2014

The start of a new year means the start of a new convention season. 2014 kicks off with the 13th Annual PEZCific Coast PEZ Convention in Manhattan Beach, CA. This years convention will be at the Manhattan Beach Marriott and will be held on February 20th-22nd. 

We've not yet been able to make it to a convention but I hear they are a lot of fun, you get to meet lots of other PEZ Heads and you get to pick up lots of PEZ dispensers to add to your collection. It's the best place to pick up all of the euro and harder to find releases.

EURO PEZ 2014 - FIRST LOOK

PEZ International has put up their 2014 catalog. There are some really exciting releases to look forward to!

There are some great photos of the "Jake and the Neverland Pirates", Disney "Planes" and "Rio 2". There is also a new "Looney Tunes" set. The name of the new set is "Brasil" but the dispensers look exactly like last years release, Looney Tunes Active. No word yet on if these will differ other than the name.

Some of the new dispenser sets are being released in the U.S. also. The pictures should give you an idea of what the U.S. releases will look like. For example, U.S. and Euro are both getting a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle set.

There are also photos of the Disney Planes: Fire and Rescue and The Smurfs Click-n-Play sets. There also looks to be a new Disney "Cars" gift tin.

Target stores are carrying the Justice League dispensers for the Valentines season. These come on exclusive cards only for Target. If you like to collect different cards, these will be a great addition!

FIRST LOOK!!! - THE SMURFS CLICK-N-PLAY

This week the first photos showed up online of the upcoming euro release, "The Smurfs" Click-N-Play. The new set includes Papa Smurf, Smurfette, Brainy Smurf and Angry Smurf.

No doubt this set will be a great addition to everyone's collections. The "Click-n-Plays" are my daughters favorite dispensers. She plays with them for hours!

HELLO KITTY PLUSH

The new Hello Kitty plush dispensers are starting to become more widely available. Other collectors have reported finding these at Michaels and Walgreens. I found my set at Toys R Us. If you're looking to add these to your collection, try checking these stores in your area.

GIANT PEZ - $4.99 AT WALGREENS

These are hard to find now but if you're lucky enough to track them down, you can pick up the GIANT PEZ dispensers at Walgreens for $4.99. Each store had a different selection. Some stores had the Hello Kitty, some had Darth Vader and others had the Santa. We were lucky enough to find 2 of the 3 but we have not been able to find the Santa.
